ADD NEW AUCTIONEER - NName like TMcLauchlin best or Business Name like SilentAuctionBiz - no spaces

1.	from www.theauctionadvertiser.com directory create NName directory (mkdir NName)
	 cp files from most recent new auctioneer directory to above directory ("cp *.* ../NName")
	 go to NName directory ("cd ../NName") and edit files appropriately
	 ls - list files
	 use nano editor or other ("pico xxx.htm") opens file for editing
	 CTRL-w writes new version back over old
	 create a banner image (gif) ( try to keep to 500 pixels wide and store in NName directory
	 
2.   add data to /cgi-bin/billing.pl (Contact Data) and /cgi-bin/billing.txt (a 0.00 Balance)
3.   update /cgi-bin/EMail.pm (NOT FOR PUBLICATION), /cgi-bin/EMAIL.pm (FOR PUBLICATION) and /cgi-bin/PassWords.pm
4.   update DirByName.pm, JBilling.pm, jbilling.pl
5.   update /idregistry.htm, idregistryphone.htm, consignregister.htm
6.   make a subdirectory in UPLOAD FOLDER for the auctioneer like UPLOAD/NName
7.   create banner
8. create a new dragdropxx.htm file in RealUploader Directory if auctioneer has regular sale location
    open any current like dragdropdj.htm
	 change AUCTIONEER DIRECTORY to that of new auctioneer like JMcLauchlin in 2 places
	  LINE 28: <center><img src="https://www.theauctionadvertiser.com/JMcLauchlin/banner.gif" alt=""></center><BR>
	  LINE 59:             remotePath: "../UPLOAD/JMcLauchlin" //this can be a function that returns a path/string
    save file as dragdropxx.htm where xx is two character id of auctioneer
9. update /busemail.htm for billing communication use
10.   create MadmiMi list and MadMiMi webform - several still not completed
