All bidders must be registered. A current drivers license is required for registration.

The auction company has endeavoured to list, depict and describe accurately the property to be sold. General conditions varying from major flaws to minor defects have been noted. To be certain of condition, please examine the items in person or contact the auctioneer for specific information.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the gavel.

The record of sale kept by the auction house will be taken as final in the case of a dispute.

The auctioneer will acknowledge the high bidder of each lot and will be the sole judge of the purchaser of each item. In the case of duplicate left bids, efforts will be made to advise the involved bidders of the situation. Generally, the first left bid received will have preference.

There will be a premium of 10% added to the hammer price of each lot and it will be considered part of the purchase price.

All advance bids and all related financial considerations must be completed by 8:00 EST on Friday, March 12/10.

All purchases will be subject to 5% GST and 8% PST. Buyers with valid provincial tax-exempt numbers must complete the appropriate form when signing in for a bid card unless you have previously registered your PST number with us. Out- of -country buyers are responsible for both taxes and neither are retrievable.

All items purchased must be paid in full on the day of sale by cash, debit, approved cheque, Visa, M/C or AmEx.

Arrangements for shipping and/or storage must be arranged prior to the auction. All items must be removed from the pavilion by the end of the day March 14/10

All property is sold where-is, as-is and neither the auction company nor the consignor make any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or its value, and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of property or estimate of value. The auction company has endeavoured to list, depict and describe accurately the property to be sold. General conditions varying from major flaws to minor defects have been noted. To be certain of condition, please examine the items in person or contact the auctioneer for specific information.

The record of sale kept by the auction house will be taken as final in the case of a dispute.

There will be a premium of 10% added to the hammer price of each lot and it will be considered part of the purchase price.

Buyers with valid provincial tax-exempt numbers must complete the appropriate form when signing in for a bid card unless you have previously registered your PST number with us. Out- of -country buyers are responsible for both taxes and neither are retrievable.

Arrangements for shipping and/or storage must be arranged prior to the auction. All items must be removed from the pavilion by the end of the day March 14/10
